INDIVIDUAL REHABILITATION Representses and includes wide range of different techniques used for rehabilitation dedicated to improving the condition of patient.
Individual rehabilitation of breath We exercise special breathing techniques distinguished to:
- complete static breathing
By breathing exercises we train the tinge and expiratory muscles. This way of breathing is focused to deepening of breathing in general.
- complete dynamic breathing
Exercised by help of breath deepening skills combined with exercising some muscle groups, such as upper limb girdles, lower limb muscles and trunk muscles.
- localized breathing
Exercised by means of practising the skills focused to certain parts of the trunk. Through breathing we try to deepen breathing movements, therefore we use so called breathing against resistance, which provides better breathing of certain part of lungs.
According to the part of a lung we differentiate:
- upper chest localized breathing
- central chest localized breathing
- side chest localized breathing
- rear chest localized breathing
- midriff localized breathing
- one-sided localized breathing
Individual kinetic rehabilitation Is made-to-measure to each patient. Focused to improve or recovery function of certain parts of locomotive organs. Represents wide range of different techniques and procedures used for purpose of rehabilitation, which shape the shortened muscles or strengthen weakened muscles so that we establish a muscle balance at the end. We try to recover or improve functions of joints of limbs and the whole spine. For this purpose we use so called soft techniques and mobilization.
